Job Description:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Staff to join our team in the office Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing exceptional support to both our staff and patients. Understand medication refill requests for patients. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, patient intake, and record-keeping.
Coordinate appointments and maintain the office calendar.
Handle billing, insurance claims, and patient payments.
Supervise and support administrative staff.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:


Medical Assistance experience
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, EMR systems).
Knowledge of billing and insurance processes.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Temp to Hire: Pay range: $25 -28hr
